The hotel offers a standard classic double room with a heating pipe that couldn't be turned off. While advertised to have a garden view, my room overlooked an internal courtyard rather than the beautiful grounds. The staff, including Michelle, Richard, and James, were wonderful and extremely attentive, with James going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location, though challenging to access with a low car via an off-road track, is incredible for those seeking a tranquil escape in the Shropshire Countryside. The dining experience was mixed, with some dishes being exceptional while others fell short of expectations.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms overlooking the well-maintained rear lawn and gardens. The heating pipe running through the room was a bit inconvenient, but overall a pleasant experience with friendly and attentive service. The location was peaceful but a bit out of the way. The dining options were mixed, but the facilities were satisfactory.

Returning to Hawkstone for the second time, from August 9th to August 13th, I stayed in the Beatrix suite. The hotel offers quick towel service, but there was only a heating pipe running the length of the room, which couldn't be turned off. Finding a seating area other than the bed was a bit tricky.

The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a garden view and quick towel service, though some confetti was found. The staff is friendly and informative, especially James. The location is breathtaking, but low cars may struggle with the off-road track. The dining experience is good, with staff being very helpful. Overall, a superb stay marred only by a couple of minor issues.
